Steve Reilly, owner and founder, has been on the board of the Northern Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors for the past 5 years and is currently the Vice President of the Society. He is a state of Illinois licensed home inspector and radon technician.  

 

All inspections are performed within the standards of the code of ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and Illinois Division of Professional Regulation.  Steve continues his education, and is always striving to enhance the quality of each inspection.
